# Mind On The Mend LLC

> We're a group counseling practice. Three members provide in-person and tele-health services, and one provides tele-health only services. We help people with mental health problems including: addiction, trauma, ASD, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, relationship problems. We take BlueCrossBlueShield, Aetna, Medicaid, and United insurance. We offer a cash-only rate as well.
